Personal information may be used for: processing payment transactions; issuing invoices and confirmations; fraud detection and risk monitoring; customer support; regulatory and compliance obligations; and maintaining operational records.
Payments processed by Double J Global may be handled through licensed payment processors including Stripe. Payment card information is processed directly by these providers through secure infrastructure and is not stored directly by Double J Global unless required for compliance or operational purposes.
Double J Global acts solely as the merchant responsible for the transaction and does not operate as a financial institution, remittance provider, or payment service provider.
3. Data Sharing and Security
We may share limited personal information with trusted service providers where necessary to operate our services. These may include payment processors, platform operators, compliance service providers, fraud detection providers, and regulatory authorities when legally required. Double J Global does not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
